Yes, signed documents are required in order to bind coverage. You can submit signed documents via email, fax, or mail. If you send signed documents via email or fax, you do not need to mail originals.

No, the finance company requires an updated auto-draft authorization every year. Please complete and return the Automatic Withdrawal Form to be set up for auto-draft.

I am a process server. Why does my application say investigations?
The investigator class code extends to include coverage for the service of process as there is no process server only class code. You do indeed have the appropriate application; if you have further questions, please contact our office.
