Robert L. “Bob” Ring, Jr. founded the company in Houston, Texas and continues to lead the firm present day. The team has since grown from the modest beginnings and includes some of the most trained insurance professionals in the industry. Bob’s sons, Josh and Andy, both hold management positions within El Dorado and have worked hard to build lasting relationships with talented agents to further progress the growth of the company.
